Football Tournament
This semester, we will be holding a Feeding Futures football tournament, where passion for the game turns into purpose. The objective of this is to raise awareness about our cause while bringing in donations through entry fees. Football is more than just a sport. Football is a way of fostering community. This tournament is the perfect chance to foster community, compete, all while creating a lasting impact for the better. The football tournament will have participants pay entry fees and then divided into teams of 5. Teams will play group stage matches and by the end the top 2 teams will qualify for the finals. So gather your team, step onto the pitch, and make every moment count.
Stamford Fair
This semester, we will be going to the Stamford Fair. It’s an exciting opportunity for our club to present our work at a proper convention, especially since IASAS service is not occurring this year. Looking forward to spreading the Feeding Futures spirit. More updates to come soon.
PTA Fair
This semester, we are excited to host a fun-filled game booth at the SAS PTA International Fair! We'll be offering two classic games, Snakes & Ladders and Jenga, for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're a fan of strategy or just love a good challenge, we’ve got something for everyone. The best part? All proceeds from the booth will go towards supporting the Akshaya Patra Foundation, which provides meals to children in need across India. It's a fantastic opportunity to play, have fun, and contribute to a meaningful cause. We invite all families and friends to stop by and try their luck at the games! You can buy coupons from the PTA office. Your participation will help provide nutritious meals to children who might otherwise go hungry. Let's make this event not just about having fun, but about making a real difference. We hope to see you there!
Krsna's Volunteering
This semester, we will be volunteering with Krsna. Our objective is to help serve meals to people who are in need. We will be cutting vegetables, packing meals, and cleaning the premises as we volunteer there. These tasks are essential to ensuring that everyone receives a warm and nutritious meal. It’s a great way to give back to the community and make a tangible impact in people’s lives. We have countless dates coming up on March 9th, March 15th, and April 26th, so there are plenty of opportunities to join us. Whether you're a first-time volunteer or a seasoned one, all hands are welcome. If you are free, come join us to prepare some food in Little India and make a difference. Together, we can help bring smiles to those in need and share kindness through service.
